I have over 14 years experience of recruiting, and I am considered a valuable resource within many market sectors.

We work with you to show you how to create a specific plan for your business that focusses each 90 day period on the most important areas of your business.

Why quarterly planning?

It’s a big question and one that takes time to answer, one that takes us on a journey with the questioner that takes us away from the point.

I recently had my bathroom completely refitted – he is unusual, a plumber that turns up, lets me know what time he is coming, is the cleanest workman I have ever experienced and is a true craftsman in that he has never been employed, he started his own business at 16 and has never worked as a wage slave and has never had a boss.

He also never works ‘On’ his business. Sound familiar?

Being a business owner can be a lonely place; it’s tough at the top, there is only one of you and you cannot ‘whinge’ down the chain of command as it devalues everything you have created and can show you as weak to the people who are relying on you to pay their mortgages.

So you need someone to work with. Someone you can bounce ideas off, someone to let off steam with. Try networking? A great way to meet other businesses owners, people who get it – or a fantastic way to get ‘sold to’ for 2 hours, become a little more rotund and a brilliant distraction. Month 1 Finance – Getting complete control over the financials in your business is vital for you to grow your business. Understanding, simple controllable measures that you put in place that give you instant visibility and continual progress of how your business is performing. Giving you financial control without the need to be an accountant or expert mathematician. Knowing your numbers is simple, once you know how. Then you can make informed decisions on what you do with the money that your business generates. 

You then take away and implement in your business and we coach you over the phone every week to continue to move it forward. 

Month 2 Marketing – Now we know what money is coming in and going out, we can begin to use what is in the pot more effectively. We begin to look at what marketing strategies you are currently using in your business, what works, what doesn’t, how much time & money versus return you are getting and what you want. We look at key marketing principles to build any marketing campaign on, ensuring you have measurable in place to know what is working as you move forward. Generating business begins and ends with marketing. You will always be marketing your business to remain in business, knowing what, why, where, when and how is key. 

You then take away and implement in your business and we coach you over the phone every week to continue to move it forward. 

Month 3 Sales – Generating business interesting though your marketing now requires you to develop a Sales Process that is a ‘Win-Win’ for you and your customer. Understanding the key stages that people go through when looking to invest into your product or service and how you support them in the process of selecting you as their provider. Once the sale is complete, we turn our focus to how do you learn to appreciate the lifetime value of a customer and begin the process of repeat business, referrals and upselling across your range of products and services. Knowing what is required from your business to achieve this (key ratios) is key. 

You then take away and implement in your business and we coach you over the phone every week to continue to move it forward.

shell-shock  Well to say that the last 3 weeks have been crazy would probably be the biggest understatement of the year; what a roller coaster it has been for us as individuals and us as a collective.
